Don't go around thinking about the regrets of your life. It's just a waste of good time, you could actually use doing a lot of things for other people.
But i do regret not starting earlier working for Red Cross without pay!

That I didn't feel secure enough to love and accept who I was/am. That I wasn't secure enough, self-assured enough, confident enough to be myself. Consequently I regret that I married the first person that same along because I genuinely believed no-one else would want me and that I have made all my big decisions as reactions to the actions of those around me.
My biggest regret is that I have never been confident enough to be me.

I was a goalkeeper for one of the teams that used to hire me as I was very good between the poles .Then came the penalty taker .I firstly thought I wouldn't move before the sport kick but I just brushed off that Idea I opted to dive to the left side. Unfortunately it didn't work because the ball went passing where I had been standing before the sport kick. I touched it but I couldn't grab it .Oh it was a goal

Leaving an extremely sexy, wonderful, loving husband of 8 years (together 10 total), because I was bored and had a brain fart.
4 years later, I am over him (I think) but that will always be my one, great regret.

My first marriage.I wish that we could have had a better relationship but we had too many problems that were never worked out. My children went through alot. My ex is now dead and I wish that I had told him that I didn't really hate him like I had said many times.I hope that he knows how sorry I am.

Giving my two wonderful daughters an evil witch of a mother.
Thank God they have survived their childhoods and turned out to be amazingly well balanced.
I am sure my experience was not the common one, but I do get a little tired of this cliche that women automatically make the best parents.

When I was in senior school, there was this beautiful girl. She had blonde hair, blue eyes and she was irresistable. We had this brilliant connection and we had loads in common. She almost kissed me one time, but I found out she was leaning over to get something. I thought she was, but luckily, I didn't kiss her! I wish I did now. Nobody seemed to ask her out - EVER. She never got asked out at all.
One day, I told myself I had to ask her out because if I don't, nobody would, or someone would and it'll be too late for me. When I went to school that day, I found out that she had left the school. It was probably the saddest day of my life. After about a month, I still couldn't get over it.

During the last Christmas my grandmother was alive, my husband was working 12 hour shifts and was exhausted. I drove 3 hours in a blinding rain with a screaming 2 month old and a cranky husband, only to be told by this husband that he needed his sleep for the next day of work.
I never got to spend that last Christmas with her.

Not saying what I felt when I was abused. For keeping quiet and not telling my dad how I felt and what was happening with my step-mum.
But theres no point in dwelling on the past. Its OVER, we have to move on.
