I learned how to ride at the MSF school in Winder, Georgia last year. The cost was $250. The other option I considered was the Harley Riders' Edge classes, which cost around $325 last I checked and is available at Stone Mountain Harley-Davidson. There are several other places that offer classes - see this list from the Department of Driver Services:
http://www.dds.ga.gov/Training/motor/Schedule.aspx - State classes
http://www.dds.ga.gov/Training/motor/scheduledata.aspx?did=other - Private classes
The MSF classes fill up quickly - I had to register something like 2 months in advance. I'm not sure if the same holds true for private classes. In any case, they'll supply the bike, and you are best off bringing a helmet of your own but can borrow one.
