The Banshee drives around the street just look, try the casino
The Boxville black - there are three- the easiest is just around the corner from your mom's house across from your GF's house at the block of blue apartment buildings. If you leave your mom's and go down to the bridge, turn left (spray the tag) walk down through the gardens, head across the road heading towards 2pm on the clock and you'll find it. It's half way between the gym and your GF's on the other side of the street

There are a lot of great cars around the casinos near Woozie's casino, the 4 dragons. Your bound to find a banshee there. As for the boxville, there across the street from the gym in Los Santos

To find a boxville, start at the Los Santos gym. Go across the road to some blue flats. The boxville is parked there. As to the banshee, I can't help you although I did see them moving around the 4 dragons casino alot.
