I have to go with Kevin Garnett.
Tim Duncan is no joke, and he does have the rings to prove it.
But Garnett is the hardest working player in the league.

i would go with tim duncan cos duncan has won more nba titles than garnett and duncan is a real captain who can organise his team to reach greater heigths
