i now live in kentucky ( hazard ) an i was wanting to know where i can go on the internet to read the legal laws of this state if you can help me please send me an email of a website to where i can find the laws for this state thank you

There are a couple of places:
try www.findlaw.com and you can search by topic.
You can also google a particular topic.
Try the Kentucky Bar Association
You can also go to any courthouse and use the library and the librarians will be extremely helpful and knowledgeable (also the law school if you live near there, I don't know where Hazard is)
Also try your state's attorney's website for criminal laws.
