If it's a short skirt, black will be fine. Black leggings are in all the way. You could try a navy/dark blue. Depends on the color of your top or shoes.

umm... you should try a grey legging with the shirt and keep the black shirt with a grey belt on the shirt to set it off.Then try looking on limitedtoo.com but i know it is for younger girls but it is an idea.

practically any color would go well with balck skirts, just don't get too falshy with them... like, you can wear black, light pink, white, etc. it'll look good
