I'd try to set a more free world through the UN where having global insurance for health and life is a standard.
where learning is a standard and is free for all.
Food is free and abundant.

Increase spending in education and healthcare. Increase employment, make amends with other countries (much easier said than done, I know).

i would work on the homeless and poverty. Develop more employment opportunities and give funds to education especially the one that are critical
