Phone is 1-888-448-6889. This is a call center in St. Kitts, Nevis, which handles electronic payments for certain websites. Wouldn't ya know it, they're closed for the "holidays"? You have to put in a request to cancel your membership within 7 days from signing up and request a refund your chargecard via the convoluted process on the www.mydownload.com website, utilizing your member id #, and wait for an automated email response saying essentially,"no reply, just wait"! Funny how they can't answer the phones, but there sure was someone there to charge my Visa Card within 24 hours after signing up for a trial run! What a nightmare and a monumental waste of my time! Sure seems shady. Good luck. Caveat emptor.
