Really frustrated. I lost the mucus plug 8 days ago; i haven't had any major contractions, but my heartburn has become really bad. My doctor said that once you lose your plug, usually the baby comes anywhere from 1 day up until 2 weeks after.
I am really, really frustrated. HELP!!

Just keep your doctor up to date to handle any possible complications; sounds like you have a good doctor and are doing the right things already. The kid won't come out until he/she is ready. My daughter was 2 weeks "overdue" so they tried to induce labor. Karen was not impressed. She arrived a week and a half later.

You have discovered that the last month of pregnancy is not only designed to fatten up and finish the baby, it is also designed to make the Mom ready to do anything, ANYTHING (almost)! to get the runt out of there.

You'll probably be done with the whole pregnancy thing in a week or less. Best of luck, and enjoy your baby!

I would say fire signs, because it's unexpected and comes out of nowhere. With water signs, at least the empathetic ones, the anger builds and builds and builds, until they finally explode. Empathetic water signs usually respond to something that has been going on for a long time, and something they can't handle anymore. It's more like justified anger. With fire signs, not having their coffee done in the proper way can set them off. Not saying all of them are that way. But I've met some that were.

Talk to your doctor or a nurse or midwife... they may want to induce you soon. Has your water broken yet? So long as its still on the inside and not on the floor you should be good.

A friend of mine had her water break 8 weeks early but no labour, so they didn't induce, a week later her labour started and it was dry... just a little K-y stuck in to ease the way, it was hard on her and the baby.

You could try bouncing up and down. The pressure on the cervix increases hormones to
start the birth. You do need the baby in the correct position first! Good luck & remember to breathe!
