Ever heard the phrase"it starts at home". well guess what....?

it really does! When a child grows up to see things, it will do things!

parents are not teaching their children the value of life.It sometimes reaches catastrophic proportions.children will kill anything that moves just to watch it die.It is all learned behavior, and those parents usually think its pretty entertaining that good little JIM BOB
just skinned a cat alive, usually U get dads approval of a fine job done by his words THAT'S MY BOY ! EFFING SICK if you ask me!!!!!!!!!

People were cruel to animals before tv was invented, so it's not the cause of a problem. As most things, it's the way we're brought up. If parents would teach empathy towards all living things as well as live as they teach, there'd be much less cruelty.

Brian Hello,

I think it's our responsibility to teach our children to respect animals and life in general. We can't blame the telly.

TV cant be blamed for everything and nor can parents we can only hope that they listen to the right stuff and if they choose to ignore what is right then it is their own problem...

also people can be cruel and heartless but only they can stop themselves

I wish i could stop that.
If young children were educated to love and respect our planet and animals we would have a better world.
but.....instead they grow up watching animals being mistreated at the circus, at the streets, at the zoos.......
trees being cut for stupid reasons as xmas......
so they think all that is ok, and generations continue destroying our beloved planet and its wildlife.
so sad
so sad
