Super Mario Sunshine question?

I am noki bay in the shells secret obstacle course. I get out of the clear box and jump across to a platform where there is a platform coming in and out of the wall. How do I get on it?

Go to gamefaqs.com they have everything expecially good cheats. At the top there will be different game systems click on the one you want and go to cheats. Hope it helps!
