As for moral support and other accountability support is the community forum on the Weight Watcher's website:
http://www.weightwatchers.ca/community/index.aspx (in Canada). It is also free to just join the forums and there are very specific forums and threads that can be joined according to where she is in her life, what her interests are and what she wishes to accomplish.

I wish her well. It's a struggle, but is a definite achievable goal.
