i heard he's doing this film and Tim Burton is directing it. anyone know what's it about and when its out in the cinema in the U.K? im a MASSIVE JOHNNY DEPP fan so any info would be brill!!!!

The new version of Sweeney Todd doesn't start filming till February 5, 2007. The movie is about Sweeney Todd (Johnny Depp) who is a barber and also a serial killer. Johnny Depp's character is famous for killing people with a straight razor across their throats. In some versions of "Sweeney Todd" it was told that Sweeney Todd and his friend Nellie Lovett bake parts of the dead bodies in meat pies. The plot is based around the 1800s. Tim Burton is directing it. Other cast members include Helena Bonham Carter, Sacha Baron Cohen, Alan Rickman and Jim Broadbent. :)♥
