Scrap it and get a fiesta. I know someone called rabbit teef an ginner **** they will sell u parts works does that will swap your computer for a 1980 mondeo if you want although you might need a serial mouse but be sure to feed hi corn flakes not weetabix or oatibix

The mouse port may have taken a crap. It isn't worth the cost to replace this hardware, as your computer is somewhat outdated. Use this money towards a new computer, as that will give you the most benefit.

Um, are you serious? Windows 95 and 16mb of ram? I don't believe a computer like that has existed since Fred Flintstone broke his....seriously, get a new computer.

Have you changed the mouse? W95 won't recognize a lot of the newer ones, find an old one. Your drivers may have been corrupted. Look on the internet for lmouse.exe.

I would have to say try getting a new one... I am not sure about your income, but dell isn't too high.
you can get one with 512MB of ram and 2.4Ghz processor fairly cheap. You will also be more up to date... Software companies don't make anything for computers like yours anymore

I would recommend donating that one and get one that is newer. This is a dinosaur that would hardly work on the Internet and probably won't run most of today's programs. Hope this helps and Happy New year
