I work out four times a week and get good sleep. I just can't seem to make it the entire day without feeling like I'm gonna fall asleep.

Maybe your eating too much sugar. Eat a healthy diet along with your excerise and good sleep. Take a multi vitiamin and if you still feel the same then I would visit my doctor.

Take vitamins.Vitamins make me hyper. The adult chewable ones. Wake up late or sleep early.
