There were a lot of positive aspects that were brought about by the Industrial Revolution, due to advances in technology. However with those positive aspects came several negative aspects such as, child labor, low wages, poor working conditions, etc. The stories of the negative aspects are horrific!

positive impact. no doubt about it. see the effect it is lingering up to-- today's dot com revolution with all the technical gadgets in the hands of a three year old and more. great Britain via its emigration policy was the forerunner of the dissidents that settled in the new world. i like to call brave new world. and the impact both on u.k. and the world has been tremendous. thanks for these forerunners. hope it helps. extremely interesting subject.
