That's impossible to do without actually doing SOMETHING to the video, be it re-encoding or compressing.

Why does it have to be 100Mb? What are you planning to do with it? Are you emailing it or hosting it?

You could zip it to death, but even then I don't think it would reach 42% without compromising quality.

Winrar will archive it into sections where you can send it in stages and then re-piece it together, but until you specify why you need it to be 100Mb, or acknowledge that something has to be done to the file, I don't think anyone can help you.

In order to get that kind of compression for a video you will need to edit it either in size or in quality.

There is no form of compression that can take a video and reduce the size more then 50%.

It is just not possible to compress that much.

The easiest thing to do is to use a peice of editing software such as Movie Maker (not that good) or Final Cut (the best)

if u cant do n e thing to the file, then your stuck with it being 233mb. the only thing i could think of that u could do that wouldnt mess with the video to much is finding a program that would resize the video down a lil bit smaller.

it will purely ask you to keep them as a PSD in case you have carried out something to the document that can not be saved as a jpeg, jointly with applying layers.in case you have have been given a undeniable flat document that replaced into initially a jpg, it will nonetheless default to jpg.one way of bypassing the subject is to jot down an action that saves as a jpg to a different folder, and working that action each and every time somewhat of doing keep as.
