I just flew my new remote controlled plane for the first time and I damaged it. The manual says to use CA glue for repairs. I know I need something very light and strong. Is CA glue the same thing as super glue? What type of local stores would carry it?

Yes, "SuperGlue" is one brand of "cyanoacrylate" glue (CA) ...cyanoacrylate glues are also called "instant glues."

It comes in various versions as well as brands though... some are "gap-filling," etc. You should be able to find several versions (and someone to talk to about which might be best) at a hobby store (the models section), but various ones are also available almost anywhere (hardware stores, drug or grocery stores, Target, etc.)

If you want, you can read more about the different types and some of the brands on this page:

(... click on "Superglues"...)
