You need to call your doctor immediately. You probably need to make your way to the hospital. It could be labor, but the bleeding is more concerning than anything and if you are preterm you need to be checked immediately. Please don't wait. Call your doctor.

I hope you are not still waiting at the computer for answers to this question! Get to the ER right away. It could be okay but it could also be very serious and you need to be seen by a doctor..NOW.
Good luck and Blessing

yes call your doctor! Unless you had sex (which can sometimes stimulate cramps, but not bad ones and a little blood from your cervix) I would got to the ER RIGHT AWAY! Bad cramps is not a good thing, honey. Don't sit there waiting for answers...go! God speed.

You really should go to the doctor right away. I am worried for you. i could be just fine, but i know you would rather know for sure that everything is OK. You don't want to take any chances.
:>Good Luck<: I hope that everything is OK. Congratulations!
