Pokerroom.com and Full Tilt Poker are the only two that work with Macs; however, pokerroom.com does not accept U.S. business anymore. As a result, you should definitely go to www.fulltiltpoker.com and start playing there.

You have to download software, but it goes quickly with a high-speed connection.
