What is your opinion on Final Fantasy Tactics for the PSone?

This is my favorite Final Fantasy game of all time.

i like the game, A LOT, but there were too many things wrong with it.

the job system is awesome, of course, but in this game it is easily abused (fixed in FFTA) because you can do guts>accumulate to get so much freaking JP each level

as your guys level up, so do the monsters. while you might think this is good, the storyline hardly levels. eventually you'll have level 99 monsters alongside level 30 characters in story battles - unbalanced

when you had guys out on those jobs, that there were so many, you'd get in a few random fights each time, that waste your time, and you could have had that character in the fight to get more JP - very annoying

breeding monsters was unfocused and annoying, in that you get SO MANY first class monsters - especially when you don't really want to breed them

when story cutscenes took place, they REALLY should have made an option for faster text. sometimes it's so slow that you can't help but fall asleep
