we had this problem, we tried an inside booster ariel and this didnt work, u can get a brand new upgrade for ur outside ariel for around £100, they will come out and give u a free estimate and check to see if they can enhance your signal.
we have just signed up for sky, thats solved our problem lol

If they freeze pull a lead out of the back and put it straight back.Ihave
satellite and still get it.So i don't think a booster will help.

try moving the ariel a couple of centimetresleft or right it could have blown out of synch.if that dont work switch off the box and then restart.this generally works for me.

yes you need to ugrade your aerial, but it might be where you live and the weather conditions also dont help.

you need a digital aerial and a good coax cable. the cable was my problem.
