If you want to skip the download hassle with torrents, you can check sites like youtube.com, they have lots of drama already uploaded and ready to watch. except sometimes its annoying seeing it in clips.

Well, I know of 2 good sites to go to to find Japanese and Asian Dramas that are subtitled. The biggest collection would be a torrent site called d-addicts which has a large selection of subtitled asian dramas to download. You can find the site here: http://www.d-addicts.com/
the other good site that I know of is a personal site called Silent Regrets which has alot of Japanese, korean and taiwanese dramas and movies to direct download and watch. HYD is on the site also to watch as well as another great japanese drama, 1 litre of tears. You can find the site here: http://silentregrets.com/

You could always try youtube, although the only ones I ever watched is Sad Love Story, a Korean drama.
