I will have to go with A-Rod. Pujols gets walked more than "Top Show" K-9. And the New Yankee Stadium dimensions are righty friendly. I think the Boss may have seen this given this some thought as well.

Barry Bonds at the age of 26 hit - 142 hr's
Albert Pujols at the age of 26 has hit - 250 hr's ( +108 )
A-Rod at the age of 26 has hit - 345 hr's:
+203 over Bonds
+ 95 over Pujols
A-Rod is your best choice. Griffey is a walking jinx. I don't ever see him playin a full season again.Plus he's 37 years old. Pujols is too young. Anything could happen to him. A-Rod has the best homerun total at the same age group and doesn't ever seem to go down for more than a few games each season.

ARod or Pujols could do it. It is too early to say Albert will even get close though. I mean, I probably would have said Strawberry would come close after he had played 3-4 seasons... you never know. It is just a foregone conclusion throughout baseball that ARod will get there some day. If he stays healthy he will. Griffey absolutely would be at or aheadof Ruth and Aaron if he could have stayed healthy his whole acareer, but he has zero chance now.
I am going to like watching Ryan Howard pan out. 58 dongs in your first full year is unreal!

Well, you have to rule Griffey out. He lost almost 5 years. Pujols seems to be the guy but I really don't think Pujols is 26 years old to begin with. (A lot of players outside the U.S. lie about their age to be more desireable to scouts) Clear cut winner- Rodriguez.
He's on a team that allows him to put up stellar numbers in the Yanks and not be intentionally walked like Pujols.

If he plays like the A-Rod of old and not the A-Rod of last year, he probably stands the best chance. Otherwise, I'd bet on Pujols. Griffey can't stay injury-free long enough to do anything other than take up space on the bench and nurse his wounds.

The only guy that will not reach it is Griffey Jr.
A-Rod will probably catch him and pass him,Now AP has a chance to hit 800 in his career,I say 10 years from now Barry will be back in the news because someone is gettin close to his HR total.I still stand by my prediction that after he ties the record he will RETIRE,finally showing some class

I'd say Pujols. He is only getting better. Though this season may be a fluke, A-rod seems to be going downhill. The numbers are there, but he just doesn't seem the same since Yankees fans betrayed him. So I like Albert's pace.

Hopefully all 3. Barry didn't hit his grove until late in his career so the Griffey is probably unfortunatly screwed. But A-Rod should pass him and Pujols will pass both of them. But they have to keep pace. One or two off-years take them right out of it. All 3 are probably future hall-of-famers and are all great baseball icons. As far as we can tell, none of these guys cheated to get where they are.

first of all, bonds didnt come on strong untill later in his career, which is why Griffey is behind pace...but out of those three I think the Best chance in their current situations belongs to Pujols, A-rod doesnt seem to be handling the pressure of New York well, if he goes to a smaller market team I think he will have the best chance
