It should be legal everywhere. It is a far less dangerous drug than many legal ones (ie alcohol) and the legitimate revenue and taxes from it would be enormous.

i thought that it was decriminalized for personal use and like uder 4grams was not a crime? just don't get caught with it if u think the man is having a bad hair day~how u going to keep the country from moving there if it is legalized, where do the cops hang their heads from doing all this work and still have to do ity everywhere else and it is prohibition all over again, we were offered this chance to pay bill and get industry & commerical business back on track with legalizing and making money to save the economy thirty years ago and the think tank said no deal and now their so broke (911)they have to bring in all the mexicans that brought up the dope to come here and replace us to make up for the economic trench that the think tanks should have been buried in

in California and everywhere else I think we are past the days when people thought it would make you go crazy or that it was a gateway drug to other things.cigarettes are legal there are more chemicals in cigs than in pot,alcohol is legal, if you drink to much it can twist your brain to the point where you don't even remember what you did,and don't even get me started on people who drink and drive.before people put it down and write it off try it because until you do you cant say anything regarding the effects of smoking it
