Can I play Gameboy Color games on a DS?

Question

I've read somehwere aboy a GBA game pak that can play GBC games, but I'm not sure what it's called or where I can find it. Is there any way at all for me to play my GBC games on my DS? I know it says that you can't in the user's manuel, but I'm sure someone out there's figured out a way to do it.

no one out there has figured out a way to do it, because the gameboy color games run off an engine that the DS just doesn't have

the reason the gameboy advance can play gameboy color games is because the gba has that other engine.

the DS only has an engine that plays the gba games, and adding the gb/gbc engine would have made the DS too bulky

i do understand that you are saying you may have heard of a piece that looks like a gba game, that goes into the DS to allow a gbc game to work, but i have not heard of such an object

well i bet you could if the gbc and the gba games are the same size but if the manuel says you can't then i doubt that you could.

sure,sure u can u can play sport boy shade video games on ds the ds can play any preivous nintendo device video games like the nintendo syetem sport boy the first one it merely wont fit in(perfecly) naturaly cuz it change into desighn to fit in sport bo shade i imagine u will locate this out even as u actualy play it on ds till u have already got and lol it truly is unrequied infromation inspite of the indisputable fact that it wifi with wii yet im particular u already knew that

you can only play game boy advance games on a ds. I know it sucks I have game boy color games and I cant play them on my ds
