I seem to lose a couple of pounds and put on a couple next week! I'm sometimes heavier in the morning than I was the previous night, even if I've not eaten anything and have exercised in the meantime. I used to be able to lose weight quite easily - am I doomed to be fat?

It is called maturity, my friend. The hormone thing is what you're dealing with. Don't weigh yourself all the time, and eat healthy meals. the most important thing is not to skip meals, because that causes your body to hoard what it has. Join the club.....LOL

No you are not doomed to be fat. Watch the sugar and salt intake. Sugar will do nothing but turn to fat. Salt is not good period! You need to lower your daily calorie intake below the number of calories you are burning each day. That is the only way to lose weight. Try appetite supressants to help on the intake side and do exercise that will burn calories rather than build bulky muscle.

i could say each and every thing concerns the two. neither is meant for bulking or reducing reducing is greater often than not eating 1500-2000 energy lighter extreme rep/contraptions and cardio three times a week. And bulking is 2500-3000 energy, heavy low rep/contraptions, an afternoon. for sure there is so lots greater too it than that yet those are the barebone elementary regulations. some human beings do cardio whilst they bulk others do no longer some do it in basic terms on ence a week. unquestionably nonetheless weight is in basic terms a variety till your morbidly obese wherein case you ought to attempt and get to a greater healthy weight before aggravating approximately different stuff. Bf% (physique fat) is what concerns for many folk nonetheless.

I find this too!

I weighed myself after a day when I'd been to the gym and only eaten vegetables - and I'd put on 2 pounds!

I blame the scales . .

Try some Women's Health vitamins, like One-A-Day Weight Smart or something along the lines of that.

the weight you are gaining may be muscle mass. Fat weighs less than muscle, so as you lose fat you may be gaining muscle.

As you get older, the ability to lose weight gets harder... but don't compare if you are "fat" or not to your weight... try comparing with clothing sizes instead
