Last time when i go to medical store to buy sanitery pads. I saw some spray named CLIMAX, does it solve my hubby's problem. Please tell me if some one had used it and how to use it?

Your type of diabetes can be controlled and 'cured' if you ate right and exercised 30 minutes each day. A lot of the vegetables already contain both salt and sugars. And then when you eat processed foods that come out of a can or wrapped in plastic film, those products contain a lot of salts and sugars that you don't need. I suggest you make an appointment with a nutritionist. They will put you on a diet of the foods that you enjoy. And if you want to lose weight, then you'll have to cut your calories and food intake. If you have a dog then learn how to walk it properly. And then you and the dog can go on walks around the neighborhood. There's your low impact exercise. Or buy a treadmill or Gazelle and use it while you're watching tv.

Premature ejaculation (PE), also known as rapid ejaculation, premature climax, early ejaculation, or by the Latin term ejaculatio praecox, is the most common sexual problem in men, affecting 20%-30% of men. It is characterized by a lack of voluntary control over ejaculation. Masters and Johnson stated that a man suffers from premature ejaculation if he ejaculates before his partner achieves orgasm in more than fifty percent of his sexual encounters. Other sex researchers have defined premature ejaculation as occurring if the man ejaculates within two minutes of penetration; however, a survey by Alfred Kinsey in the 1950s demonstrated that three quarters of men ejaculated within two minutes of penetration in over half of their sexual encounters. Today, most sex therapists understand premature ejaculation as occurring when a lack of ejaculatory control interferes with sexual or emotional well-being in one or both partners.

There are things that you can do to help. But first he has to admit that there is a problem and it should be addressed in a very loving manner since you are dealing with a very sensitive area for men.

Before you use a spray or creme, you should consult a doctor. You should consult a doctor if you feel it is a problem. Possibly engaging in longer foreplay would help to arouse you more before he enters you
