You have to go to a doctor and depending on what clinic you go to you might have to have a parent if you're under 18. If you go to Planned Parenthood you do not have to have a parent and they will prescribe you birth control there. Google it and find one in your area and give them a call.

you have to go to a doctor to get it prescribed. However, in the US there is a law called HIPPA... this law states that your medical information cannot be given out to anyone else except for other treatment (if you went to another doctor) or if they believe you may be a danger to yourself (in which case some may be given to police and other doctors)

your pediatrician (if you still have one) may want to contact a parent, but you can ask them not to.

They may have a certain age that you can get birth control at, so if you are too young you won't be able to...

This all depends on your location, and your age, and your family care plan, do you have a teen clinic in your area, and the only OTC birth control plan there is, is the condom.

go to doctor, planned parenthood or the county health clinic. They will have to give you a pelvic exam and a pap smear first, but its no big deal. It will not be free, but it won't cost much. Be safe, use condoms too.

see if there is a planned parenthood in your area....but always use condoms......it's not the best thing for birth control but it does help with disease prevention......
