It was a great classic TV show started in the late 50s and went to 1964. Although some of the stuff (actors, props etc.) is cheesy it really was a good TV series.

The Twilight Zone used to be a tv show about strange things happening to people. (The Sci Fi channel is doing a marathon of the show right now).
When people say "you're in the twilight zone," that means that you're in a dream world Meaning that you don't have a grasp on reality.

The twilight zone is a mirror universe to our own. It is a universe that strange things happen. If you experienced things like deju vu you might of just crossed over in the twilight zone.
It is also a 1959 and 2002 movie. IT is also a tv series that ran from 1959-1964 and 1985-1987 on CBS. The show is "trenchant sci-fi/fantasy parables explore humanity's hopes, despairs, prides and prejudices in metaphoric ways conventional drama cannot."

It's an old classic TV show from the early 60's. Also people use it to reference someone who is a little off or not paying attention saying "they are out in the twilight zone".

it's a supernatural/ sci fi anthology series that was first aired back in the early 60s, and had two later series in the 80s and in 2002.
