That link you gave is jibberish and doesn't make any sense. I could hardly read it.

In biology the cell theory is that:
1. The cell is the fundamental unit of life
2. All living things are composed of cells
3. All cells come from pre-existing cells

So you could say that the cell is the establishing unit of our body. How that fits into that article I don't know.
