80% of everything we say is not spoken... watch the body language. Does she make long eye contact when you speak to her? Does she move away if you move closer? Does she move in closer to you when you speak? Does she turn her head away from you when she smiles? Does she make a habit of touching you when she speaks to you? All these are dead giveaways she is attracted.

There is no answer to this. Your Heart will tell you when any one is interested in you. She would be willing to talk to you and take interest in your activities, and intimacy will nurture from there.

I've heard it rumored that a woman knows in the first 15 sec whether she wants to sleep with you or not. i would suggest sincere sincerity and well groomed
