My dads girlfreind comes over to our hotel room and cooks dinner for him only. we have to eat after dad does because she likes to talk to him without being bothered by us. She never has enough so she says for us to go ahead and make something else. I am the oldest and I am the only one that cooks cause they are to young. so I have to do it. I want to get her in jail but not my dad. How can I do it.

this is neglect but not punishable by law. She's definitely a B**** but the fact is that maybe....(How old are you?) you should talk to your dad about how she really has no interest in the children. I'm a mother and a daughter. If a man treated my children like that I'd see that he doesn't care about me at all, because if he did he's love my children too.
you can't send her to jail, but you can point out that she doesn't have an open and loving heart to be in a family that has children already. If your dad cares more than about himelf he'll consider what you say. Don't expect an immediat answer as things like this need time to sit.

She hasnt done anything except cook for your dad so she cant get arrested for that. Her cooking might be a crime but I doubt it. Talk to your dad since she is cooking then she can cook enough for everyone or ask her to show you how to cook and get in the kitchen with her. Be kind to her instead of being mad at her she hasnt done anything to you. You did say their was enough food in the hotel. Dont call the police and cause problems. I guess your dad is doing the best that he can right now (living in a hotel)Your dad needs to be careful with the women he invites in the room.This woman isnt trying to help the family she is being selfish wanting your dads attention all to herself she is creating a bad situation. Men dont think sometimes they just react. I can understand why he doesnt see that this is hurting you.

1) How old are you and your siblings?
2) Why is your family in a hotel room, God forbid?
3) Are they having sex with you guys in the room?
4) How old are your siblings?
5) Ask the police about all of this, they would know best.
6) Go into Yellow Pages to find a family lawyer or child psychologist and ask them this question over the phone.
7) Said GF is showing you just a small picture of worse things to come if your dad were to ever marry this heartless w**ench.

Honey, how old are you? Dad needs to put his kids first. not only that but make sure that you are eating before he does if its not enough to share. The girlfriend needs a good a** kicking because she brings food for him only, however no laws are being broken by her except law of ignorance Sounds as she has no kind of heart. Your dad needs to realize that you and your siblings are his flesh and blood and she is not.

You cant put her in jail for not cooking you guys anything to eat, but you can tell her about herself, hey you dont hafe to be nice to her shes not your mother, but at least she did offer you guys something else to eat most women wont do that, and if shes that nice shes only being nice til shes gets a child by your father and then she wont be so nice anymore.

Try talking to your dad without badmouthing the new girlfriend. Be open and honest, (yes, it will be wierd) and tell him it hurts your feelings and you are hungry. I hate to tell you, but since you are not being starved or physically abused, I don't think she will qualify to go to jail. Sorry your so mad, I had a bad experience too with my dads girlfriend. She eventually went away.....

where is your mom? although this isnt abuse per say, it is a un healthy life, also, call DCS. There is laws about how many and of what sex living in one room. If your dad isn't breaking any laws now, with what you said about him and his girlfriend, and the fact of being in a room with you, if he is into drinking or drugs, there might be real problems in the future. I would have to ask how old you are and why are you living in a hotel. Find a phone and contact someone from any social service agency, or children's services agency. There is a serious problem and your father is letting this person get away with it.

It's cruel and I'm glad that you realize it. You and your siblings don't deserve to be treated that way. However, I don't see how you can get her in trouble without getting your dad in trouble too.
Your dad should not tolerate this he's responsible for your care and safety. Are there other relatives you can stay with? What about your mom?
