...humans rebel and it's so hard to control ourselves?And isn't it silly? Letting people control us like that because we
don't want to be controlled?

You have it right, no one likes to be told what to do and we eventually reject people that push us around. The worst part is resenting that controlling person, because then we're just giving them free rein in our heads. They can affect us when they aren't even there, if we allow them to.

Being controlled is not a bad thing if the controller is competent and working in our best interest. For example, it's good to let a commercial pilot drive the jet - or a math professor lead us in our quest to learn math. As you point out, rebelling for its own sake can be wasteful of good resources that you MAY not always have. As we get older we miss having someone tell us what to do or what is best.

its natural only for teens actually.after that its justabout your personality. some peopel, usually women for some reason, like being controlled.
