how can i fix a scrath cd and if u say tooth paste tell me the steps of it ok

If you have a glasses cloth it would be the best. Run the disk under light cold water and then use the cloth to dry it. DON'T go in a circle!!! Go from the center out. Once both sides are dry, try it in the system.

there are certain softwares to extract data from scratched cd
what u ve got to do is downlaod that software
and extract the data onto ur computer
dont read the data directly from the cd as it mght spoil ur lens on working for long hours with scratched cd

im not sure, but i think you put a little tooth paste on the back and polish it off with a paper towel, rinse it (make sure all is off) and i think thats it

i dont know maybe super glue will work.
