I was invited to a PGCE interview in which I was expected to teach a group of other candiddates KS2/3 maths, but the presentation is only 4 minutes, what can I teach in such a short time? What topics you can suggest? Any tips or any skills you could like to suggest? in this kind of interview?

They only want to see what teaching potential you have, so it is the way you do this that is important, rather than the actual content. Try doing something which can be covered in one short session, something that is easy to make interesting and fun, and that will allow you to use visual aids. You need to do something in your presentation that they will still remember at the end of the day's interviews.

I have no idea of the level at ks2/3 maths, so can't really suggest a specific topic, but what about doing something involving measuring - get everyome to join in and get them participating and enjoying what they are doing. That's the best way to create an impact - which is the whole point of the exercise.

Good luck!
