I answered a related question earlier. Should some one committing a lewd act (i.e. the stupid chick that got caught giving her man a hummer in an inapropriate location)be treated the same as the pedafile? Both acts CAN land you on the sex offenders list.

They should be charged with public indecency and punished for that. They should NOT be put on sex offender lists, seeing as how they both were consenting adults of lawful age and competent mind(maybe) to do so.

Only if the guy getting a hummer was a minor.
Other then that it should be just considered a lewd act by both consenting adults.

The law is plain enough. Get a room and stay out of the public eye. Laws cover generalities for the good of all, not specifics for a stupid chick.
