For "in" text messaging. Do you have to text another "in" person or just any other verizon person?

If i'm in and the person i'm texting isn't. Then it won't cost me but it will cost them? correct?

If you txt a non-"in" person, so to speak, each of yous are charged one txt msg. The "unlimited" part only applies if you txt a Verizon user.

You're not limited to txting an "in" use. Just know that it will be charged against your 500/mo package. Go over that and it will cost you per message.
