i would say that there is not a "best" motorcycle because of the fact that of personal tastes. i for exampe ride harleys i love it. however one may think it is a hunk of crap and would prefer a rice rocket or a dirt bike or european bikes. they all make very nice very dependable bikes there is gonna be a lemon from every factory that will get people talking like the whole company is junk that is just the cocky arrogant punks who do not know better. motorcycles of any bad *** no matter what brand. it also depends on what you are gonna be doing with it racing, street riding, dirt tracks, cruising ect.

That's an open ended question with many answers.
Ultimately it depends on the type of riding you want to do.

No-one in their right mind would take a Sporster or Hayabusa on a motocross, or try to take a Honda CR125 across country on the Interstate.

But all are very nice machines when used for their intended pupose.

Pick the type of riding you want to do, then find a machine you like.

Whichever one you feel best with, is the best motorcycle for you.

Have Fun.

Honestly its your personal preference.
What are u lookin for?? streetbike,dirtbike,cruiser,dual-sport??
Honestly if your lookin for a streetbike its not the make that matters, its what feels best to you. I use to be a honda fan all the way. I had a honda quad and dirtbike, and was lookin at a cbr 600RR. But then I sat down and did my homework, and it totally changed my mind. So now i hve a yz450f (dirtbike), raptor 700R (quad), and just went with a R1. Now im not sayin that Yami is better, but I found after lookin for quite a while they were the better choice in my eyes. half the valve adjustments in the yz's over the crf's. And personally imma pretty big guy and i felt that the cbr 1000 was wide and just uncomfortable compared to the R1. And if your lookin for a 600 I would recommened the R6 its pretty much a moto GP bike with smog equipment. Freakin FAST!!!!!! I think you should just go to a Yami/Kawi dealer, honda/Suzuki, and just sit on them get the feel of them, price them out but dont try to save a buck on another bike just cause its cheaper. Dont settle for somethin u dont want just cause the price. And you really might want to check out Motards. pretty much a streetable dirtbike that'll do 100-110 mph stock and you can slide it through corners. they're a freakin blast. im gettin one in about 2 weeks.
well i hope that helped a lil bit.

I prefer cruiser bikes. Harley-Davidson makes the best and is what I ride. The engine, the style, the chrome, the sound all put it at the top of the list. You can't go wrong with any of the Dyna or Softail models.

Depends on style of riding. I ride cruisers. So Harley rates number one with me. I also collect vintage. Again Harley is number 1. For motorcycles holding their value. Harley again. For class. Harley again. So HARLEY RULES THE ROAD.
