It has been driving me crazy. I know that there is a code for gaining all of the career rewards, but I want one for the regular aspirations. For PC by the way.

I assume since you know the cheat for career rewards, you have the nightlife expansion pack and therefore can do these cheats.

0 puts them at the lowest, 5 in the platinum level.
