Example

16 = 1, 2, 4, 8 and 16

16 divided by 1 = 16

16 divided by 2 = 8

16 divided by 4 = 4

16 divided by 8 = 2

16 divided by 16 = 1

1, 2, 4, 8, 16 are all factors of 16

a composite number is a number that cn be didvided by a number other than 1 for instnb=ce 21 goes into 7 it is a compoaite number 7 doesnt not go into anthing it is a prime number
