No but I won't tell if you won't.

You could charge for wear and tear and loss insurance rather then for the privilege to rent it out to be sure.

there are two types of media,

Private videos you buy to keep.

and

Those for rental purposes that are about 2 to three times what you would pay for the private video.

It is illegal to rent out the private if you are charging for the use of the product, but if you rent it out for the reasons I stated before it should cover you in case your exposed.

only if you have a business license to rent games and you collect taxes on it and pay taxes for it

Anything is legal...unless it is explicitly outlawed. I don't know of any law against it, so it appears legal.

Yes....you have to have a special permit...otherwise it is considered a copywrite infringement and they can prosecute you...and will win/

maybe to your friends....but if your going to do that with a lot of people you don't know...be careful, because you would need a business license...
