Brady Quinn....most NFL scouts rank him as the best NFL ready QB since Peyton Manning. They may take a hard look at LaMarcus Russell if he declares but best guess that would be as a smokescreen to get a deal done with Quinn or to force a team with an eye toward either Quinn or Russell to deal a ton to the Raiders (Cleveland, Minnesota, Miami) who could easily move down a few slots and fill more needs. But if you are a Raiders fan I would order my Quinn jersey in Raider black now. Dont listen to the hype about Smith, he is rated below Quinn and Brian Brohm now and if Russell declares (I think he comes out) Smith is the 4th rated QB on the board at best....the Raiders may even be willing to gamble he will be there with the 1st pick of the 2nd round.

Either Troy Smith or Brady Quinn, because they are in need of a QB like extreamly bad. Their defence is already OK and they have a running back in Lamont Jordan so it wouldnt make sense to draft Adrian Peterson or any other RB. They also do have WR in Randy Moss and Jerry Porter(I think all they need is a QB and they will be happy with the team). So yea i think either Troy Smith or Brady Quinn.
