it is not a code. it i a "divert". it is in your phone settings called "divert calls" or something like that. then just enter the alternative phone number

i don't believe of that you'll do it your self without transferring into them manually. yet in case you bypass in, it really takes some seconds for them to move them. it will be speedier, even waiting in line then doing it your self.
