I was making some basic back excercises (includes abdomenal muscle contractions).

I didn't do much excercise for quite some time now, and also went almost straight to this excercise, no warm ups.

Afterwards, I felt so unpleasant feeling inside, like I don't know, approaching vomitting/ air blocking, a kind of termole in my stomach & some dizzy ness.

What a hell could this mean?

If you are over 40 you need to go see a GP before you start doing all this again.

Take loads of fluids and strech well and warm up first.

Your body is not a machine, it needs to be treated well.

You are doing well, what is happening to you is quite normal.Just start by taking things slowly then gradually increase it as you get fitter.Remember to do proper stretching and drink a lot of water.

its just that the blood isn't getting all round your body properly, concentrate on your breathing when you're excercising. also in future do warm ups, as they will get ur blood pumping faster round ur body, helping to prevent cramps and things.

this is perfectly normal for someone who is unfit and overdoes the exercise first time
