Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows will be the seventh book in the Harry Potter series of novels by J. K. Rowling. It will feature the final adventures of Harry Potter as he attempts to bring an end to his nemesis, Lord Voldemort. The title for the seventh book was announced on December 21, 2006 via the publisher (in US) and a special Christmas-themed puzzle on the author's website.
No publication date or other details have been offered. Rowling is still working on the book, she explained on her Web site in an entry posted on December 21st.

The last book has been named, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows (Book 7), but a release date has not been announced. The book will most likely be released on the same date worldwide. That's what they have done will all of the other books.

There is not a definitive answer on this yet. Many people are speculating July because of Harry and Jo's birthday on July 31st, or 7/7/07. The later has been pretty well put to rest because it is the day of London's terrorist bombings and many people think that would be in poor taste. There is also speculation if it will be in July at all because that is when the 5th movie is scheduled to be released. The don't want the excitement of one to cancel out the other (obviously, they don't understand Potter fans).
Jo has said that she always coincides book releases when schools are out for a break/holiday. She doesn't want kids to forgo their studies because they are reading Potter. If it doesn't happen in the summer, the most likely release will be winter holidays '07.

I don't know when it comes out in Canada, but I know that it comes out in the United States on July 7th, 2007. So chances are that it comes out then in both countries.

no one knows, she hasnt even realesed the release date for her own country yet, we dont even know if shes done with the book yet!
