Your answer is correct! Just divide 10,000 by 6,000,000 and cancel out zeros on the top and bottom. You could also divide 1/600 out to get a decimal fraction.

1/ 600 = (1/100) / 6 = 0.01 / 6, which is is approximately equal to 0.001667.
