The Pittsburg Steelers last year were the #6 seed, and won 3 straight games on the road to reach the superbowl and then won it. The first and only time that has ever happened. And as a Steelers fan.. damn was it sweet.

Yup, and almost every year. Pittsburgh came in as the last seed in the AFC and won the superbowl. Some people say the Wildcard teams save their energy for the playoffs so they have a better chance to win.

dumbass!? raiders won is with madden. patroits did the first time dolphins made it in the 80's with marino. steelers last year were the #6 seed and won the whole thing. there are way to many to count but tons have made it to the superbowl.
