Why should they have rights when they took the rights of the person they hurt away?

There are different levels of sex offenders. The child molesters being the worse. If the crime is child related in any way,the offender has chosen to forfeit their civil rights AND FREEDOM. Now, as for the dumb chick who got caught giving a hummer to her male suiter in public and was put on the offenders list, I think that type of "offender" doesn't really qualify to lose their rights.

im sorry, but if a person is a sex offender they should never have rights..that is my opinion(i was raped as a child).
these kind of people have serious mental problems, and should be locked up for life or again in my opinion beat on a regular basis.

As with any crime, there are different levels.
As stated above, child molestation, the offender should have no rights, in my opinion, as that is the worst kind.
As for two consenting adults, just getting caught in the act, should not be considered a threat to the community, therefore should not be considered one of the worst crimes. They should not lose their rights. (or possibly, just for the duration of their probation.)
On the same theory, a serial rapist, who is a threat to the community, should lose all rights.

There are no rights for sex offenders they lost all rights when they sexually abused someone They should be hung!!!!

Gotta agree with the first response. They brought it on themselves. Don't expect any sympathy from society, especially the victims.
