I shave. Instead of using regular shaving cream I use Aloe Vera gel. This causes no bumps. I will continue to do this until I can save up enough money for laser hair removal. lol
Try the aloe vera gel though if you want to go the pain-free way. Waxing hurts.

A Brazillian wax by a professional. It may hurt, but with enough waxing, the roots of the hair will eventually be damaged enough to not grow back.
